We are looking for a highly passionate and competent professional, to cover the position of PRODUCT CATEGORY LEADER for a 7-month temporary contract.

He/she Mirrors/ partners with sales, supply chain, finance for portfolio management & clients support activities and has to handle the following tasks:

• Marketing responsibility of Del Monte processed food range in geographies/Europe
• Do market and consumer analysis of gaps and opportunities and recommend projects and actions accordingly
• Work on product packaging and formula to better match markets needs and company's sales and profit targets
• Develop trade program in partner with sales teams or distributors personnel in countries with local distributors
• Develop and execute integrated brand communication program for the category as per Del Monte brand mission conveying specific relevant Unique Selling Proposition of the products
• Monitor financial health of the category and drive transversally projects to optimize

Skills/Qualifications:
You have a University Degree with major in Marketing or equivalent.
You are fluent English and at least 1 other major European language, with 4 years minimum of Product Management in FMCG industry, preferably in processed food industry in an international company with portfolio management and high level of interactions with sales and trade partners/retail.
