Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:

• Half Del Monte Banana
• 1 Green tea bag
• 3 Tbsp water
• 2 tsp honey
• 150g frozen blueberries
• 170 ml soy milk

Preparation:

1)Microwave water until steaming hot in a small bowl. Add tea bag for 3 minutes then remove it. Add honey until it dissolves. 2)In a blender, combine berries, banana and milk until smooth. Add tea then blend again for a few seconds. Pour into tall glass then enjoy!
