Pineapple Turkey Burgers

10 minutes preparation - 15 minutes cooking

step1Preheat the grill to medium-high.

step2Combine ground turkey, soy sauce, pepper, black pepper, and thyme in large bowl and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well distributed. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties.

step4Place the burgers, the 4 pineapple slices and the red onion slices on the grill

step5After approximately 8 minutes, flip the burgers, the pineapple slices (the underside should be nice and brown) and the onion slices. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until burgers are cooked thoroughly and no longer pink in the center.

step6Place one patty burger, one pineapple slice and 1 red onion slice inside each bun with lettuce leaves then add your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
