Avocado Mango Salad

Ingredients:

• Mango Slices in light Syrup
• 2 avocados, diced
• 30g red cabbage, chopped
• For dressing: juices of 2 limes, 4 tbsp olive oil, 20g chopped cilantro, 1/2 tsp sugar, salt, pepper

Preparation:

1)Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl (diced mangos, avocados and cabbage). On the side, prepare the dressing with the lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, salt and pepper. Mix with the salad and serve!
