Bacon-Wrapped Pear

step1Preheat oven to 180°C.

step2Wrap one slice of bacon around each pear chunk and secure with a toothpick.

step3Place them in a pan and bake for 10 mins.In the meantime, mix salad greens, pecans, grapes and Pecorino Romano cheese in a large salad bowl. Top with bacon wrapped pears.

step4Serve with Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 2/3 cup Del Monte® red grapes, cut in half
  • 7 cups mixed salad blend
  • 2/3 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2/3 cup shaved Pecorino Romano cheese
  • Balsamic vinaigrette
