• 6 large Del Monte® apples
• ¾ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp butter
1)Preheat oven to 180° degrees. 2)Wash and core Del Monte® apples. 3)Place in a shallow baking dish. 4)Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar in a small bowl; add the mixture to the center of each apple and top with ½ teaspoon of the butter. 5)Add enough water to baking dish to cover the bottom of the dish; bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
