Banana and Mint Raita

Ingredients:

• 1 Del Monte® banana, sliced
• 1tbsp fresh mint, chopped
• 1 tsp honey
• 150g natural yoghurt
• Pinch of paprika
• Poppadoms, to serve

Preparation:

1)Stir the Del Monte® banana slices, mint and honey into the yoghurt and sprinkle with paprika. 2)A delicious accompaniment to hot curries and spicy meat dishes or great as a dip with poppadoms.
