• 2 Del Monte® bananas
• 8 mint leaves
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 cup skim milk
• 1 cup ice cubes
1)In a blender, puree the bananas.
2)Add the milk, vanilla and mint leaves and blend until smooth.
3)Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
