Broiled Veggies

Ingredients:

• Cauliflower
• Broccoli
• Asparagus

Preparation:

1)Wash and clean veggies. 2)Cut stems and place on a baking sheet in a single layer. 3)Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle a bit of coarse sea salt (kids love to do this!). 4)Place under the broiler until veggies start browning.
