Cantaloupe and Blueberry Parfait

Ingredients:

• 6 tbsp. non-fat lemon yogurt
• ¼ cup fat-free sour cream
• 2 cups Del Monte® Cantaloupes, cubed
• 1 cup blueberries
• 4 mint sprigs

Preparation:

1)Mix yogurt and sour cream. 2)Layer ½ cup of cantaloupe, ¼ cup of blueberries and 2 ½ tablespoons yogurt mixture in each of the glasses. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
