• 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
• 1 Del Monte® green bell pepper, cut into 2 in pieces
• 1 Del Monte® red bell pepper, cut into 2 in pieces
• 1 Del Monte® red onion, cut into 2 in slices
• 1 cup Del Monte® cherry tomatoes
• Teriyaki Sauce or preferred marinade
1)Marinate chicken for about 30 mins. Thread the skewer alternatively with chicken, green pepper, red pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. 2)Place skewers on lightly oiled grill. Baste with remaining marinade for flavor. 3)Turn frequently and grill until the chicken is fully cooked (about 15 – 20 mins).
