15 minutes preparation
Fill all the balloon with air until they reached 15-20 cm. Spray them with vegetable oil. Melt the chocolate in bowl then let it rest for 5-10 minutes until the temperature is not too warm when you touch it (otherwise the balloon will explode).
Dip the balloon into the chocolate to the level you'd like the bowl by simply turning it around in the bowl. You need to create a smooth coat.
On a parchment paper, pour one teaspoon of melted chocolate to make a circle, then place the dipped balloon on it. Do the same for each balloon
Place the balloons in a cold, dry place to set, until the chocolate is hard.
To remove the balloon from the bowl, first detach the base of the bowl from the parchment paper. If needed, use a small knife. Cut a little peace at the knot and allow the air to expel slowly. Don't pop the balloon or the bowl might fall appart. Then slowly detach the balloon from the chocolate bowl.
Fill the bowl with all your favorite fresh fruit, cut in pieces. Enjoy!
- 250g dark chocolate
- Vegetable spray
- Any fresh fruit you like: Pineapple, Banana, Kiwi, Honeydew, Strawberries, Raspberries etc... cut in dices
- 6 balloons (or more if you want to make more bowls)
