Chocolate fondue

Ingredients:

• 400g plain chocolate
• 110 g sugar (facultative if you already use milk chocolate)
• Any fresh fruits you want, cut in pieces if needed

Preparation:

1)Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water or use a microwave. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate! 2)Dip the fresh fruit with a stick in the chocolate and enjoy!
