Cool Watermelon Salsa
• 3 cups Del Monte® seedless watermelon, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp Del Monte® sweet onion, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp Del Monte® jalapeño, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• Salt and Pepper to taste
1)Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 2)Cover and refrigerate before serving so flavors blend together. This food is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a very good source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
