Greek Cucumber Pitas

• ½ Del Monte® English cucumber, thinly sliced
• ½ Del Monte® red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 cups Del Monte® baby spinach leaves
• 1 cup fat free sour cream
• 2 tbsp chopped mint
• 2 tbsp chopped dill
• 2 tbsp crumbled feta
• 1 tsp freshly grated Del Monte® lemon zest
• 1 tsp fresh garlic


1)Mix sour cream, mint, dill, feta, lemon zest and garlic in a small bowl. 2)Open each pita on one side. 3)Stuff with vegetables and top with sauce.
