• 1 lb extra lean ground beef
• ½ medium Del Monte® red onion, diced
• 1 Del Monte® Hass Avocado
• Lettuce
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• 2 tbps Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup of Tackle ‘em Avocado & Tomato Salsa
• 4 whole wheat hamburger buns


1)Mix ground beef with parsley, diced onion, and Worcestershire sauce. 2)Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Form 4 patties and grill until done. 3)Open buns and warm on grill, about 1 minute. Top with patty, 2 avocado slices, lettuce, and ¼ cup of Tackle ‘em Avocado & Tomato Salsa. 4)Serve and enjoy!
