Slice mangos into long vertical pieces and remove skin.
Set aside mango slices for garnish. Puree the remaining slices by pressing them through a strainer into a bowl.
Add curacao and lime juice. In each glass, pour 2 tablespoons of the mango puree mixture and top with the sparkling wine.
Garnish with a mango slice and lime wedge if desired.
- 1/3 cup curacao or other orange-flavored cordial
- 3 tbsp fresh Del Monte® lime juice
- 12 Del Monte® lime wedges, for garnish
- 4 Del Monte® mango ripe
- 3 tbsp sparkling wine, chilled
