Pear Crumble with Nougat

2 serves


• 150 g butter, room/temperature
• 4 cups oats
• 2 ½ cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• ½ l vanilla ice-cream
• 420g Del Monte® Pears
• 50 g nougat
• 3-5 d l whipping cream
• icing sugar


1)Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 2)Mix together the ingredients for the crumble. 3)Place Del Monte® pears in a colander and let they drain properly. Shred the pears. 4)Tear nougat on a grater. 5)Grease a pie dish. Place the pears in the bottom of the mold, sprinkle with nougat and finish with the crumble. 6)Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the pie gets some color. 7)Serve with whipped cream and dust with icing sugar.
