Pineapple and Celeriac Coleslaw

Del Monte Europe Celeriac Coleslaw

10 minutes preparation - 1 hour refrigeration

step1Peel and grate the celeriac and the carrots. Slice finely the cabbage.

step2In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.

step3Season well and chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.

  • 1 can of Del Monte Crushed Pineapple in Juice
  • 1/2 Celeriac
  • 1/2 green cabbage, washed
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 tbsp of light mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to season
