Pineapple Pie

• 2 cans of Del Monte® Crushed Pineapple in Juice
• 2 cups crème fraiche
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 150g of margarine
• 1 tbsp water
• 3 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3-5 dl whipping cream


1)Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. 2)Pour the Del Monte® Crushed Pineapple in Juice in a colander and let it drain thoroughly. Stir the batter. 3)Mix together the ingredients for the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes. 4)Press the dough into a mold and pour over the batter. Bake for about 30 minutes. 5)Whip the cream. Serve the pie warm with cream.
