Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:

• 260g Del Monte Pineapple Chunks in Juice
• 115g diced red pepper
• 60g chopped coriander
• 30g diced red onion
• 1 clove of crushed garlic
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 Tbsp. chilli oil

Preparation:

1)Drain the Del Monte Pineapple Chunks in Juice and combine with the red pepper, coriander, red onion and garlic. 2)Add the lime juice and chilli oil and mix well. 3)Serve and enjoy!
