Roasted Red Onions
Ingredients:
• 900 gr (2 pounds) of red onions
Preparation:
1)Put the unpeeled red onions cut in half in a large pan with a bit of olive oil. Sprinkle with paprika and a bit of salt and sugar. Roast at 230°C (450°F) for 35 minutes until the onions become soft and brown.
