Scrumptious Pineapple Skewers
Put Del Monte® Pineapple Chunks in Juice on the wooden skewers. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Curl the molted chocolate over the pineapple.
Dip the skewers in the coconut flakes.
Serve with vanilla ice-cream.
- 2 cans Del Monte® Pineapples Chunks in Juice, 220g each
- 100g fine white chocolate
- 1 ½ coconut flakes
- 8 wooden skewers
