Shrimp Fried Rice

step1In a hot pan, heat sesame oil. Add the garlic, ginger and shrimp.

step2Once the shrimp begin to cook, add the scrambled egg, brown rice, and green onions.

step3Pour soy sauce over the top and mix all ingredients. Add additional soy sauce to taste if desired.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Del Monte® Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 12 shrimps, medium to large, tails removed
  • 1 large egg, scrambled
  • 1 cup cooked, cold, dry brown rice
  • ¼ cup light soy sauce
