Spiced Mandarin Wok

• ½ dl sesame oil
• 100g leek, sliced
• 440g peeled prawns
• 1 clove of garlic, chopped
• 150g mushrooms, quartered
• ½ dl sweet chili sauce
• 1 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp ketjap manis
• 1 can of Del Monte® Mandarins (312 g)
• 60g fresh spinach leaves
• Salt, Pepper
• Jasmine rice


1)Pour out the broth from the bean sprouts and mandarin. Whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and ketjap manis in a bowl. 2)Heat a wok pan or a large frying pan and add sesame oil. 3)Add the leeks, prawns, garlic, mushrooms and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and add the marinade. Stir-fry for a further two minutes. Add just before serving the mandarins and spinach. 4)Season with salt and pepper. Serve with jasmine rice.
