Turkey Avocado Sandwich
• 1 sesame seed sub roll (or your choice of bread)
• 1/2 Del Monte® Hass Avocado, cut in thin slices
• 1 slice provolone cheese
• 3 oz shaved turkey breast
• 1/4 Del Monte® red pepper, cut in thin slices
1)Cut sub roll in half lengthwise, but not completely though. 2)Open and layer avocado slices, turkey, red peppers, and provolone cheese.
