Vanilla Fruit Salad

2 serves


• 1 cup Del Monte® strawberries, cut in half
• ¾ cup Del Monte® cantaloupe, chunks
• 1 cup Del Monte® grapes, green or red
• 1 cup Del Monte Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple, chunks
• 1 Del Monte® kiwi fruit, sliced with skin off
• 1 Del Monte® banana
• ¼ cup almonds, slivered
• 1 cup pomegranate seeds
• ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
• 2 tbs honey


1)Mix fruit in a large mixing bowl. 2)In a separate small bowl, combine yogurt and honey. 3)Mix together and then stir into fruit mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. 4)Just before serving, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and slivered almonds.
