Vanilla Fruit Salad
Mix fruit in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate small bowl, combine yogurt and honey.
Mix together and then stir into fruit mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Just before serving, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and slivered almonds.
- 1 cup Del Monte® strawberries, cut in half
- ¾ cup Del Monte® cantaloupe, chunks
- 1 cup Del Monte® grapes, green or red
- 1 cup Del Monte Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple, chunks
- 1 Del Monte® kiwi fruit, sliced with skin off
- 1 Del Monte® banana
- ¼ cup almonds, slivered
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbs honey
