Ultra Fresh Tropical Fruit Salad

• Del Monte Pineapple (fresh or canned)
• 1 fresh mango or 1 can of Del Monte Mango slices
• 1 papaya
• 2 kiwis
• juice of ½ lime
• 1 small bunch fresh mint , leaves picked
• 2 tablespoons golden caster sugar
• 200 g yoghurt


1)Peel and core the Del Monte Gold Pineapple then cut into chunks (you can use Del Monte pineapple in can) and put them in a large bowl. 2)Peel and slice all the other fruit and add them to the bowl. Drizzle the lime juice over your fruit. 3)Crush mint leaves with sugar in a pestle and mortar and drizzle over the fruit. Finish with dollops of natural yoghurt and fresh mint leaves.
