Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 Del MonteⓇ Cucumber
• 2 Del MonteⓇ Vine Ripe Tomatoes
• ½ red onion, chopped
• ½ cup chopped parsley
• ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
• ¼ cup chopped fresh dill

Preparation:

1)In a serving bowl whisk to combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add cucumber, tomatoes, onion, parsley, mint, and dill and toss to coat. 2)Serve immediately.
